Founded in 2004, our Technical Services Group helps distinguish Nexaira from distributors who only resell product. TSG provides:

  • Provisioning - Configuration of both PC Data Cards and Modules
  • Firmware Customization - Flash and Provision hardware with custom builds to work within both private and public enterprise networks
  • Carrier Certification - Carrier specific 2nd and 3rd networks based on individual PRI and PRL and on-site support
  • Telemetry Product Support - M2M, GPS, Voice and Data support for developers and integrations
  • Mobile Broadband - Activations, integration for tier 1 and tier 2 carriers, Radius Server support
